Data collected and purposes

Account: email, optional phone, Google or Apple sign-in ID — to create and secure your account (contract).

Profile: username, display name, photo, city, interests, language, preferences — to personalise the app.

Location: only if you allow it, used on your device to show nearby places; not recorded continuously.

Content: posts, reviews, photos, added places, notebooks, outings, messages — to provide the service.

Usage statistics and install events (shown, click, installed) — to improve the service (legitimate interest), no ads or resale.

Push notifications: your browser’s technical subscription, if enabled.

Processors

Lovable Labs Inc. (app hosting); Supabase via Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, storage, Ireland region); Google (Places for place information, Gemini for photo moderation and shared-link analysis, Google sign-in); Apple (Apple sign-in, if used).

Transfers outside the EU

Some processors are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Account and content: while the account is active, then deleted on request or after 3 years of inactivity.

Google data: 30 days at most (except place ID).

Usage statistics: 13 months. Reports and sanctions: 1 year after closure. Technical logs: a few weeks.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, and may set instructions for after your death. Write to contact@lamygo.com. You can also delete your account and data in Profile › Settings.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

Access is protected by per-user rules; private files are only served once published and approved.
